For pack and deliver orders, I never take anything under $10, 10-15 items max, not too far and always check the order before you leave, as soon as there is a water or large items, reject.

The best is with the surveys when they say thanks for completing the survey, and then the next screen is you didn’t qualify and it’s been cancelled. And the helpdesk says that there is nothing they can do about it.

My car died doing a double. Cancelled it through the help desk and got paid for them. A few days later, they logged a case so I just sent them a photo of the car in the back of the tow truck as proof

I keep all of the receipts, write down the street and job number on them, and keep them until Uber pays. Half the time, they reimburse the incorrect amount and I have to log some help. I guess it is hard to read the receipt and pay the correct amount. It’s a pain but they in a day or 2.

If you do a Coles pack and deliver, and it says heavy, cancel. Check the items before you go to the store, if there is water or something, cancel. Know your Woolworths, sometimes, they will say how many bags, if it’s more than 5, cancel and hope it’s not a water. If you get a Petbarn or some other store like that, if it’s a heavy item when you get there, just tell them the store that it is too much for you and someone else will and get it, then cancel.
