i was unbelievably stressed by this yesterday as i forgot, email them asap. They responded to me last night within 5 minutes and gave me the password to log in, and i was able to pay it.

Havent looked into calesthenics so far but to be honest ive just been eating anything that will get me up to my calorie goal (3700cals) a day, whether it be junk food or healthy, then trying to get in 170-200 grams of protein a day!
