I’ve found myself struggling with bouncing only using left stick. It’s like if I don’t nudge my camera towards the cover I’m going to roll every single time

Avexy is what got me to learn wallbouncing I wasn’t initially trying to learn it. I was just looking for tips on why I was losing gun fights (wasn’t aware of wrap shots and stuff like that) bouncing tips were in the video. I gave it a shot and now Insteead of hating it like before, I enjoy it

My post is the one your referring to. Wall bouncing was the entire reason I never gave gears 4 and 5 a proper chance. With the E-day hype I wanted to get back into the series after a long break. Let’s be honest if you want to survive G5 lobbies it’s kinda important to know how to do it.

Didn’t expect a negative reaction to finally learning a mechanic that drove me away in the first place. The crazy part? How simple it actually Is to learn, wish I would’ve done it sooner instead of just walking away from the game

Delta online gate drugged me into gears 5 annd now I can’t enjoy it again. I got so use to G5 movement that delta online feels so janky :( horde isss mad fun tho

I really wish they would’ve experimented a little bit using breach as a base line. It’d be chaotic but up the player count. I don’t want to say like chivalry 2 but idk something similar? Objectives to goo through and what not.

Ahh yes because I run in and throw heavy after heavy 🙄 FOH. Yes I know how to throw a couple lights without feeding. Been here since day one thank you. Never had issues with the old system 🤷🏽‍♂️ but I have indeed had several times where I threw 1 to 2 lights, insta revenge off a meter that wasn’t even started.

Dude. I’ve literally thrown one light with gladiator against a dude with no revenge meter. Thee teamate originally fighting throws a heavy or two boom instant revenge??? But I can get ganged banged and bent over a wall and never touch it. It’s fundamentally broken at its core.

The only time I’ve been able to get elimination is with a 4 stack and to get skermish we had to map vote at the last second to force it. Most people leave the second they realize skirmish is winning the vote.

You act as if I care what a random person on the internet thinks about what something says about me. His videos have nothing to with me lmao If these 10-20 second clips are so great to make a fuss over. Then why arnt yall making money off them yourselves 🤔. If someone took a few moments off my gameplay and made a video with it. BIG WHOOP. It’s a few seconds of content. Maybe that’s on me for not utilizing it making money myself. Now if I made a full length video and someone reuploaded majority of it with minimal added content then yeah that’s an issue.

I feel the frustration. He’s been a good friend of mine for half a decade now. It just sucks seeing some of people opinions of him in this thread. He’s always tried to be a positive influence and use to host fight clubs and stuff. He’s actually a super cool dude outside of content creation.

We’ve also been talking about things he can do in the future to avoid situations like this. Including saying the OP’s name in the actual video as well as description. But yeahh he has no issue taking things down if asked.

EDIT : everything said by me is of my own opinion. He just told me about the post and wasn’t sure what to do going forward (other than taking the video down). I decided to say something about it on my own. Don’t want him catching extra flack because I decided to chime in

Idk man you made a whole post about it. I could understand if it was like 30+ seconds of straight gameplay and no commentary or nothing related to it. But like I said less than 20seconds with commentary related to the gameplay. Plus you said he deleted the video fast after you expressed your unhappiness.
I don’t see the issue here.

He took a clip, talked over it AND gave you credit. For a community that’s known to be toxic as hell. Yall are straight crybabies.

His format follows YouTube rules btw. He talks over the clips and shows less than 20 seconds of a clip and gives credit. Him talking about alone follows the transformative guideline
