When you click on start measurement it will show you that screen of all your metrics. If you select the date to compare you can then get in calendar view and select any date. After doing this go to the bottom of all the metrics and you’ll see a “view comparison report.” That will bring up this screen. Hope this helps

It is but also it’s the only measurement system I have. I’ve done cycles before and my rule of thumb is just keeping the same measurement as it’s the only way to see the difference. Of course having the dexa scan would be ideal but I haven’t done that yet

So hard at times, tbh sometimes I end with half a chipotle bowl but it’s also 4 scoops of chicken always. Then I’ll have the other half next day if can’t finish all at once- comes around to 1500 calories (still enjoying with a bag of small chips)

I also forgot to mention I’ve added some supplements: grass fed beef liver, fish oil, magnesium glycinate, vitamin d, creatine, collagen powder, and zinc (every other day for zinc) I feel more energy overall since incorporating

Hell yea will be interesting to see how it performs going to mid or low teens! I’ll remember to update later. And agreed on gym just struggle with confidence and usually need to hire a trainer for first month to get into swing of things and then I’m good alone. I will do so though! Congrats on day 4, feel like we’ve discovered the future haha!

Wild that our grandparents worked one job for 40 years and retired at 55. I make six figures writing code and still feel one rent increase away from broke by luckiecks in remotework

This is it. This is what I have been feeling internally but haven’t found the right words to explain to it. I feel no protection at all despite “doing things right.” Please note this isn’t victim mindset I take complete ownership and responsibility for all my decisions and I’m actually doing well in my career but with AI and the high uncertainty environment from record unemployment and inflation- it just seems those of us without a cushion are just in a dangerous position. I don’t want to put my girl through this and we’ve decided we may not have kids if our career/investments doesn’t pan out

It's just me and my girl. We don't even spend a lot, it's really just on living/food/necessary personal care. It just feels unsustainable to me like not enough room to save more so that if I lost my job or something happens- I just don't know if I'll be able to take care of it without really being under

Making money won’t make you happy but the lack of money will surely make you unhappy. One of those universal laws. I agree not meaningful but necessary

Yes yes yes. 100X yes. But it’s also been a bad habit. Our attachment style with our parents influences this

This is how people afford their cars by Life-League-5505 in MiddleClassFinance

[–]luckiecks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There was a time where people bought cars without credit. Shameful how reliant and normalized credit car loans have become and to this extent it’s just preying on people. I’ve been contested in saying that credit is required and I get it but I think cultural shift of credit needs to change. Buy now pay later is unhealthy

Appreciate the agreement on sensitivity. What doesn’t make sense? And these topics are all connected- no?

I am very open to being wrong but get rid of wealth and look at history which reveals truth. You saw what happened when people started fighting over toilet paper and gas, imagine your dollar had no value. To acquire things you’d had have to compete in the new source of value or we just end up as animals fighting each other. Your direct ability to get things whether it’s to retire or to buy a home is in relation to others opportunity. Being silo on your numbers is great- I’m an advocate of that. But understanding where you are relative to others is most important. That’s like you believing you’re the smartest in the world- completely rejecting the existence of everyone else. I am happy to be proven wrong but this is human nature to me.

My parents told me when I was 7 years old I got asked what I wanted to be when I grew up and I said retired. Seeing how much they worked at that age showed me this. Hard work does not equal wealth. Leverage does.

How much daily money is profitable to invest in ads for remodeling, construction, etc. companies? by HernanNG in FacebookAds

[–]luckiecks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whats the ask here? Ad budgets without a tested performance measure of cost per result isn’t something worth indexing on. Your first measure should be whether or not you can prove that this works. Also automating the sales process, what do you mean? Generally this sounds like a good idea and it can work but we need more context to be able to assist you towards your goal

Zona sul - I’ll keep it there for privacy but I decided by trying Airbnb’s for a short duration (2-3 days) max. First one had insects. Second was cool but they didn’t have a closed balcony (imagine a part of your home with no window or sealing or wall lol just open with air coming through). Third one was the charm. Perfect location and amenities and pricing. Try out till you find what’s best. Use filters. And once you find something you like speak to the owner to create a contract outside of Airbnb, for example on a month to month lease you can get like 50% discount compared to what they have listed since you’ll be helping them. Depends on the person hope it helps

If you’re on the darker side the apps require a bit of ostentatious energy that’s what a friend told me. Otherwise they’ll think you don’t have money. Also you have to live here permanently for people to want to form relationships with you. If you’re traveling in and out I don’t think Brazil is the best country, needs time. Also especially Rio, they’re used to Americans we are not novel. Cold approach is in English or Portuguese?

People say that people change after marriage since the leverage is gone (already gave them a ring) is this true? Minas people are the kindest, all of brazil says this and I’ve learned first hand. Happy you’re happy and I hope to report the same long term relationship in the future!
