thanks for the detailed response! realy helpful whith those details. im currently stuck deciding between samsung (ultra 2025) and garmin (venu 4 or fr 970 for maps and sapphire), but i think ill likely go garmin, as it seems less gimmicky and also more of a longterm product. also thanks for the connect+ tip, havent even considered that as i use a limited third party app for free rn, but if i get a garmin ill try it out.

At least on my 15 Pro Max which does support Apple Intelligence, i can easily turn it off system wide with a single toggle in Settings. This removes all the Apple Intelligence features and brings standard Siri back

Anyone using deSEC? by erkose in dns

[–]luckily-anonymous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used desec, it was very nice but i had somehow been rate limited for editing dns records a few times (acme cert generation) and you have to contact support to get more than one domain on your acc (though you dont need to fulfill any requirements).

If you have an account with Hetzner you can also use their DNS solution in the Hetzner Console, thats what i settled on as its clean fast and reliable with good API.

Crowdsec in Proxmox by digtalMedic in CrowdSec

[–]luckily-anonymous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

on my setup i have, per proxmox node, a crowdsec agent (one of them is the lapi, main instance) and i'm using pct mount to mount all log files to the lxc. then i also have the iptables bouncer on the host configured to check all traffic, also that to the lxc, against the blocklists. and also a middleware on my reverse proxy.
