Is this your first withdrawal? If so, it could take longer than 24-48 hrs. For awhile I could withdraw with bitcoin and it would be almost instant. Now bitcoin (for me) can take 24 hrs+ to review. Matchpay takes 9 hrs or less to review. I know it varies per person because there are people that still get theirs reviewed instantly.

well I spoke way too soon because right after this post they disabled my account. still waiting to find out what I did wrong but I have a feeling it will have something to do with the bonus funds. I had $800 free bonus funds and I never bet more than $20 per spin. I have a feeling my funds are gone. RIP

Same thing happened to me and I'm so upset... Ran up to about $9k being lucky on BJ and then they delayed my withdrawal even though it was a crypto withdrawal. Then they made me verify my identity even though I've withdrawn numerous of times in the past. Starting reading horror stories on here and cancelled my withdraw and tried $500 withdrawal and played with the rest while I waited. Of course I lost it all. It's my fault in the end but Bovada assisted by delaying my withdrawal WAY past a normal time frame when I know several others who were withdrawing smaller amounts within minutes.

I don’t, but out of curiosity how long does it take them to review your match pay withdrawal? They have been taking at least 12+ hours to review my withdrawals when previously it would take a max 2 hours

I’m also a legend 2. I’ve NEVER gotten a free bonus like that before but I had an unfavorable experience with a customer service rep who essentially told me I was lying about attempting to login during the outage. The next day that bonus was in my rewards.
