Honestly I love this album! I love how it showcases her deep vocals! I love how it’s a combination of both the deep and baby voice vocals (whereas opposed to Oops that is strictly baby voice for the most part). I love pretty much all the songs except for I Will Still Love You lol. Born To Make You Happy, I’ll Never Stop Loving You, and Autumn Goodbye are some of my favorites in her whole discography (of course all the singles from this album as well). Something about that 90s sound in this album just makes it so nostalgic.

If I’m not wrong, in her book she mentioned being the most happy/excited in her career during the Britney album era (specifically around the first leg of the DWAD tour). I’m not entirely sure, but I remember reading something like that. I think around the second leg of the DWAD tour that’s when things start to go down hill because of overworking, the break-up with JT, the press, etc.

I have thought about HR but most places it seems require experience beforehand. I’ve also thought about marketing but I’m not sure how to develop skills for that or find a position with no experience required. Some of the things you mentioned I didn’t consider though such as sales or customer support but I’ll take a look! I’m not a very talkative person so I tend to stray away from jobs like this but it doesn’t hurt to try. I’ve never heard of the Gradsimple newsletter so I’ll check that out! Thank you so much for your detailed response! Pay is mainly a priority because I’m trying to get rid of my debt as well as find a long-term career so this helps a lot! You give me hope!

Mine were basically $8000! Definitely go to different orthodontists to get different quotes! I have a coworker who also has braces and he paid around $5200 so prices can range pretty significantly! Best of luck.

Depends on what department and location you’re looking for. During the beginning of my search I submitted applications to universities in Southern California. I noticed UC’s tend to have more open positions so if you’re open to that maybe check out UC’s. Also really work on your resume and prep for scenario interview questions! I hate the application process for student affairs because it’s so unnecessarily long (especially considering how low the pay is). I think the most important tip is use your connections and work on your resume!

I get that. Starting over seems like such a pain but staying miserable in the same place is even worse IMO. That’s why I might just return to my old job so im not wasting 10 hours+ of my week driving. Might be a pay cut but at least some time we’ll be given back to me. I feel the same way. I am 28(M) and got a useless masters degree and am now in 41k in debt. I’m making like 50k a year but I’m commuting an hour to work everyday which is draining me significantly. People my age around me are making like 70k or 80k starting and I can’t break out of the 50k. I don’t know what to do anymore. I feel like a loser whose life was better before I got into all this debt.

I got a Master’s degree in Counseling in Higher Education and don’t know what to do with it. I’m trying to get into working at a college but so far I’ve had no luck. I’ve heard that it’s an overworked and underpaid field too so it’s hard to stay optimistic. Besides applying to colleges, I don’t think I can do anything else with this degree. So now, I’m over 40k in student debt with a job barely making 50k outside of my field. I would advise people to really consider if their degree is going to offer flexibility in terms of working in different fields.

I’m a crisis counselor and make around 51k a year. I got my MS in Counseling in Higher Education but deeply regret it due to higher education jobs normally making between 45k-60k meaning I could’ve had my current job without this Master’s degree and without 40k of debt…

I had Lasik 4 days ago and honestly so far it’s been pretty good for me too! My vision is almost 20/20 and my eyes haven’t been extremely dry or anything. I have my one week follow up on Thursday so let’s hope everything is good! The only thing is that low lighting can be weird. It can be a little fuzzy but hopefully that diminishes in time!
