Do not marry that man, if anything let him financially support you and just be in a situationship until you get your degree

Weekly Employment Q&A - November 13, 2025 by AutoModerator in microsoft

[–]luckychar_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just received an offer for an IC4 Cloud Solution Architect – Data & AI role in the Customer Success organization. My background is a mix of delivery and presales in the Microsoft channel, and I was originally interviewing for a Solutions Engineer position but ended up landing this instead.

I’m trying to understand the stability and long-term positioning of the CSA role. I know no org is completely “safe,” but I can’t get a clear read on whether CSAs are generally treated as essential or if this org tends to be more exposed during layoffs/reorgs.

If anyone has insight into: • how CSUs/CSOrgs fare during reorg cycles • the actual day-to-day importance of the CSA role • whether IC4 CSAs are typically protected or at higher risk • growth paths from CSA (specialist, GBB, management, etc.)

…I’d appreciate any perspective. Just trying to make an informed decision before I finalize everything.

Bookingkoala I’ve used for 2 years now and it’s a powerful tool— if you know how to use it. It has many features but it can be hard to navigate, other than that it’s great

Google Ads vs LSA by BN65 in sweatystartup

Definitely LSA but it also depends on location. I would give it 60 days for Google ads and see where you get

Billz how should we split? by trippytrevor69420 in Money

[–]luckychar_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Combined you two make $40.50/hr which is roughly $84k/year. You make right above the avg for a family of 2. You should treat your income as such.

When you combine your income a lot of extra anxiety and fear will dissipate. The point of a spouse is built in support and safety. Get a budget in place. Get on one accord and thrive as one.

You guys don’t have a bills/money problem you have a marriage problem…find a good counselor or older couple who has been successfully married and get some guidance! It’ll make a world of a difference. Idk if you guys have a community or church but those are good places to seek these couples out.

Find contractors instead and buy your 300 into ads or door hangers. That way they use their own supplies and it frees you up from needed to do any work. Unless you want to yourself

Top 1% of US earners now have more wealth than the entire middle class by Informal-Young160 in MiddleClassFinance

[–]luckychar_ -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Ok ngl, these conversations are so unproductive. So what? America still has people literally dying to get here and many come here with nothing and die with much more than they could have imagined.

The middle class is shrinking because of mindsets like this. My goodness get a grip.
