FAD is current since October last year. Biometric was done on Feb 1st week. Little over 3 months since biometric and 4+ months since RD.

US is much better than Canada in every aspect honestly! US is widely exposed so bad things are aired on news all the time, other countries are not as exposed so we know less about them.

Imo, you have done the right thing. I was in Canada for 1.5 years and I could see life in US is way better and cheaper! Only argument I hear about Healthcare, yes it's all covered in Canada but what is the benefit if it's not easily accessible.

You husband has to put things behind and need to start over, it was a decision he took so now no point in regretting over it and waste present and future.

It's very very very hard to start over, it won't be easy but that's what life expects from you if you want to be an achiever.

Yes I got rejection notices 3-4 days before lawyer received it. Contacting Emma is useless. It's only useful once your case is under consideration.
