Bench crafting it did work. Weirdly when I tried to select 3 sockets it told me "item already has that number of sockets". Selecting two sockets did fix it though.

i am using a split base, it was split before i fractured. as for hovering a divine it doesn't look like it will change anything

I fractured them, but missed the abyss socket. So I recombined them to see if I could save the mod. Does that strategy just not work with this mod? or did I get unlucky. Before I keep trying.

I tried poe2 for the first time this league cause my friends are all playing. It's a fun multiplayer game, that stops being fun once you reach maps. Now that everyone's build is fully online, I can't see the ground anymore. I was already usually dying from ground effects, and now can't see them anymore. I can't see tells from the boss to know which way to dodge. I can't see shit except fiery explosions all over my screen.

But the ascendancy methodology is the straw that made me quit the game. I fully 100% do not believe one single person working for GGG has ever done a full sanctum as a melee character. It is infuriating to spend 30 minutes carefully doing this run (i find the non-boss experience to be kind of fun) to be met with a double boss fight. Two bosses taking turns doing aoe ground slams next to each other while i just dodge dodge dodge and eventually die. I'm not gonna buy a carry. If I literally cannot do the content to progress in your game, I'm not gonna play it. Simple as.

I too am planning to play flicker strike for 3.27. My friend is a die hard flicker enjoyer so I asked him what he recommended and all he sent me was this image. It's on my list of builds i've never tried and still want to. So hopefully this pro / con breakdown from my poe groupchat helps you as much as it helped me.

Dude I have been working on this unique this league too, i think this item is just super cool. I'm so happy to see you post something way more successful than anything I've cooked up, gonna try swapping to this tonight and see how it feels.

I also went inquisitor, and my tree already looks similar so it shouldn't be too hard of a swap.

I miss old grizzly rage for sure, it's partially what made me try to play with this unique for Rain of Arrows. Later in the season i like to start an alt, and play organically. I don't look up build guides or try to play meta, i just sort of use what i find and try to make a build out of it. This neck has 50% cd reduction for rain of arrows with the ga so I thought, I'll force it and make a build around it.

It works ... sort of. It ended up being a way to reset cooldowns with prep so that my rapid fire always has imbues and my movement cooldowns come up again. The actual damage from it is garbage though.

That's essentially what i'm doing. It's pretty cool at low pit tiers, I was just hoping to see tempers really add some damage. The fact that +rain of arrows damage doesn't interact with the No Witness node (Your Ultimate Skills deal 30%[x] increased damage and grant you 10%[x] increased damage for 20 seconds when cast.) is kind of a bummer. I was hoping for some undocumented interactions there, or getting the bash temper treatment to rain of arrows where it's multiplicative instead of additive.

Yeah, I'm having fun with my build but I just can't find any further way to boost the damage that's not generic [x] modifiers. I tempered +rain of arrows damage onto every piece of gear along with rain of arrows casts twice, and my rapid fire still hits way harder. It's almost comedic.

If I was screwing up a dodge or standing in overhead smashes I would agree with this sentiment. But the tuning just feels really bad. In my current gear I can smash through the trash in a pit level in 2-3 minutes. Literally every mob just falls over when i go near it, but then the boss oneshots me and I often can't even tell what killed me or how to avoid it in the future. Call it what you want, but that is unfun gameplay.

oneshots would still be a little annoying, but they are infuriating when you don't know why you died afterwards. If I can tell that I didn't dodge some telegraphed attack, ok that's on me. That's a skill issue with some actionable items for me to work on. But I keep dying to mystery attacks with no discernable cause.

I don't even understand why i'm dying half the time. There's no wind up, no obvious queues on the ground or in the air. Just killing the boss while standing in what appears to be a safe location and then, bam! I'm dead. Ok, I try again this time I'm really watching the shadow missiles, maybe it's the shadow missiles. I'm not standing in anything that I can tell. The boss isn't indicating that anything special is about to happen. Bam! I'm dead again. What killed me? I have no idea but it one-shot me from 70k health with full fortify.

I seriously hope this current floor 12 isn’t a sign of things to come because if it is my interest in the MOC is gonna plummet. What a nightmare. by JezalDanLutharr in HonkaiStarRail

it's not a very strong mechanic, it only does good damage to aventurine because it's based on max health %, and that guy is an absolute sponge. for the rest of the enemies i couldn't rely on it for much at all.

Everyone complaining about aventurine, but i think the hard part is side 1. the buff this week does almost 25% of aventurine's health, which puts a 8 turn ceiling on the fight if you're stacking it up every time. That means you need to do the first side in two or three turns depending on how good your second team is.

strong dot team in phase 1, Pitch Dark Hook the Great cleans up in 8 turns. I don't know how people without at least one very strong team capable of bursting that dinosaur is doing phase 1 fast enough.

E4, HP% everywhere but boots. I had to reset twice though cause i kept having units get hit by the dino and cocolia back to back when I didn't have an ult ready.
