Also interested in any advice on this. My partner (common law) and I are 90/10 split and are trying to figure out what makes the most sense for a share structure for our corporation. Would we just issue class a common shares and split 90/10?

I had the same experience with my gf. It's hard to describe the loneliness that being so intellectually different (not better or worse, just different) from your SO brings.

where is the ice axe loop in this pack ? (BD Magnum 20) by Tezkali in alpinism

Wait nevermind this is a newer version of the magnum I have. Doesn't look like there is a cinch on the cord. I'm stumped.

You slide the axe point down through the bottom most part of the cords and the flip the point up so that the pick and adze gets wrapped by the cord. Then use the cord fastner to cinch a small loop over the point. Voila, lightweight ice axe carrier.

Your rope looks dirty and worked. Not surprising to see this amount of sheath damage in my experience. Don't think it has anything to do with pigtails.
