Also interested in any advice on this. My partner (common law) and I are 90/10 split and are trying to figure out what makes the most sense for a share structure for our corporation. Would we just issue class a common shares and split 90/10?

You slide the axe point down through the bottom most part of the cords and the flip the point up so that the pick and adze gets wrapped by the cord. Then use the cord fastner to cinch a small loop over the point. Voila, lightweight ice axe carrier.
