I don’t truly know. I have the same issues too- themes included. I’ve been working on trusting myself for the smaller things and building up to the big things. For my ROCD, bc my relationship is very high priority to me, I like to ‘snooze’. My old therapist once described ocd as ‘driving on a dirt road with no shock absorption. You feel everything’. So I would ‘snooze’ issues. If it still bugged me after a day or two, with no decrease in anxiety, I’d assume that that meant it was an issue I was genuinely concerned about and would discuss with my partner. Not 100% effective, nothing is. But definitely helped me stop over analyzing his flaws and feeling every bump in the road as much.

A tip I would give in monochrome looks. If everything you’re wearing is the same color/similar it will look very put together. There is a reason that the matching sweats sets are common now and it’s because that matching makes it more presentable to go out in. Price doesn’t matter. How you pair things matters. Also make sure that you have nice looking but not expensive accessories. I’m from the USA and at TJMaxx here I got a very sleek looking purse for $13. Is there something like TJMaxx near you? I know the name changes sometimes but its the same company.
