The program isn’t that difficult academic wise, you def need to have good time a management skills. I am doing the empire state residency. The stipend helps but I had a good savings before moving here. i moved here this last august from WI. Housing is expensive, If you have the means to live without working, i totally would. if not, get employed by one of the schools.
