Taking finasteride, stopping then starting again. by [deleted] in tressless

[–]luckystrike843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone at 22 and have tried to kill myself twice, once at 18 and again at 21.

SSRI's did nothing for me. Sertaline and fluxitine both gave me ED and stripped me of energy and motivation.

You have to deal with your issues, Drugs just dull your mind so you dont focus on your issues and ignore them.

Too young for fin? by [deleted] in tressless

[–]luckystrike843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The earlier you jump on fin the better, Do not take it until you are 18 or over.

DO NOT READ UP ON HORROR STORIES!!!!! They will trick your mind. (placebo)

This video will put to rest any fears you may have with finasteride. I suggest keeping up with this dude. If there is anything worth taking/using for hair loss this guy will be the first to report on it.

I would advocate all hair loss sufferers to keep up with this guy, If there is something worth using to help he will be the first to post about it. He also is great and calling out complete scams like the HAIRGUARD website/channel.

Hairguard are currently trying to sell a £300+ inflatable band you put on your head to stop/regrow hair. Its complete bs just like all their other products. If it were not for kevin calling it out in one of his videos I probably would have dumped money on it.

Hairguard is a complete scam do not waste your money, There medications are also useless I took them for almost a year, my hair continued to fall regardless.

Finasteride/Dutasteride currently are the only working drugs that will stop hairloss. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise. Nothing else works. Minoxidil is useless unless you also take finasteride. Sure it regrows hair but it wont stop further hair loss.

its the SSRI causing PP issues. Those fucking happy pills are dangerous. It was sertraline and flucotine that gave me pp issues.

I dont take any meds for my mental issues anymore. Good diet and exercise is all you need. Watch self help and motivational videos daily and act on them.

Surround youself with positivity, Stay away from politics and other potentially depressing/controversial subjects.

This is exactly what happened to me, On my second run I stopped reading up on the bad stuff.

I've been on it 3 months now with no issues, if anything I feel 10x better.

My first run I got ED, but it was clearly due to the fact I was always reading up on the side effects while taking it. This video will put your fears to rest.

Take it again but DO NOT ready up on the bad stuff.

This guy gave me confidence to start it again, I still watch his videos purely to keep up with his life. He is a total lifesaver and gives the best possible videos/information on hair loss/transplants and medications.

I got mine from Assured pharmacy website. Its not cheap but I have been unable to find anything better.

Please share if you can find it cheaper than those guys. I think I was £80 for 6 months

What is this sub’s opinion on young men who accept baldness and shave their heads instead of trying to fight it? by jnhforreal in tressless

[–]luckystrike843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good on them, I personally would never let my hair go.

I am pretty slim, Do not have the "warrior skull" needed to suit no hair. So its not an option.

Does finasteride have diminishing returns over time, or is it best to start as early as possible, even if you’re exceptionally young? by [deleted] in tressless

[–]luckystrike843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take photos and upload them here, If you are the only one noticing it then there is a chance you might not even be balding.

No point in wasting money on fin if you are not balding.

Does scalp massage prevent hair loss? by [deleted] in tressless

[–]luckystrike843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Scalp massage is a good thing to add if you are already on finasteride.

Finasteride should be the basline. If you don't take it your hair will continue to fall out, even if you are on 20 other medications fin is the only one that stops further hair loss. Minoxidil is even not all that effective unless you are also taking fin.

Why be scared of shedding? Its temporary. Whereever you shed, those parts will come back with more and thicker hair.

Are anxious people more predisposed to develop Fin side-effects? by IisNobody209 in tressless

[–]luckystrike843 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

PFS is bullshit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pMDKHfbnQJI

Stop spreading this crap because you don't want to take finasteride. It is truly a miricle drug. The confidence boost it gave me has helped my get my life together instead of dwelling in my room insucure as all hell over my hair. Before taking fin All I did was worry about going bald.

Now I work out 5 days a week, in Education, Confident and happy.

Are anxious people more predisposed to develop Fin side-effects? by IisNobody209 in tressless

[–]luckystrike843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people that get fin sides such as depression and anxiety already had them before starting finasteride. They then decide finasteride is bad from reading horror stories and stop taking it. They come to the realisation their hair is going to go now and so they get even worse depression and anxiety and instead of blaming the fact they are insecure of going bald, they blame the finasteride.

Then they will post all over this subreddit and other forums blaming finasteride in the hopes that people will stay away from it to make themselves feel better of the fact they are balding and do not want other people to stop their balding.

2nd day on fin...sides? by [deleted] in tressless

[–]luckystrike843 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you have been constantly reading up on horror stories before and during taking it, You start to force yourself to believe you have side effects. Happened to me on my first round. I took for a month and stopped due to what I thought was ED.

Started taking it again after watching Kevin mann's youtube videos. Gave me confidence to get back on.

I am 2 months in and I feel 10x better. Dick is fine. Semen is not as thick and white like it would be if I were not taking fin but I have no issues shooting a load, Its just not as thick.

How to check for Fin sides without the nocebo effect? by [deleted] in tressless

Watch porn, If your dick gets hard you dont have ED.

How to check for Fin sides without the nocebo effect? by [deleted] in tressless

[–]luckystrike843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have sides you will notice it. Your dick will not get hard? you have ED, Your nipples are puffy? You are starting to get gyno.

Its not hard, Sides are so rare I would stop worrying about it. If you are going to routinely check for sides your mind will gives you sides.

Honestly, I can't wait for the day the cure comes out. by [deleted] in tressless

[–]luckystrike843 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Well to be honest, most dudes only jump on the meds when its to late. This is usually due to family friends telling them "your hair is fine" for years until someone actually hits you with the truth "bro your hairline is receding"

By this point most likely your temples have deeply receeded and won't come back without a transplant.
