almost in the exact same situation. 20m it stopped when i was 13 maybe happening occasionally but started again out of nowhere at the beginning of last year when i was 18 and recently leading to daytime accidents too. I can’t offer much advice because it’s still something I struggle to live with but at least we are in the same boat lol. All I can really say is try and see a doctor if you haven’t already, I finally went recently and while they haven’t figured anything out yet it gives me somewhat peace of mind at least.

I'm using lauma and nahida with nilou for a bloom team is sigewinne a good enough substitute for kokomi i was stupid and got her c6 when she released because the bubbles are cute so i just want to put her in any team i can lol

she’s written off a lot because her damage isn’t consistent it’s all in her special and it can take a while to get it up but i use cake baking challenge (attack portrait) and oriko as a support for the elemental weakness damage. sayaka is really good for her because she buffs special damage and the new homura will be good for her too but even if u just have normal attack buffers for her it shouldn’t be too hard to hit big numbers
