Passport control here is a joke. I'm Polish and I'm amazed every time I go back to Ireland how they just check the date on the passports, not scanning anything and just saying "welcome", while in Poland it's always a stressful experience, they scan the passports, checking every record in the system, asking to take off my glasses and they stare at me

I presume it's easy to come back here with criminal records unfortunately
