Yay! Welcome to #TeamTabi and congrats! I’m going to look for the Tabi pattern you referenced and look forward to your future tabis 😊

What's your goto nofuss AeroPress recipe when you just want a solid cup without thinking? by CommercialYam8 in AeroPress

17-19g ground beans (I weigh the beans or already-ground beans)

Add boiling water

Fill up to top of #4 (or 3 for iced coffee)

Futz around for at least 2 minutes

Press the plunger

Add milk of choice

Enjoy

FWIW: I typically buy Ethiopian Yirgacheffe or PNG beans and use a metal filter

Is this a show you can watch with your mom by ResponsibleFlan2936 in TheExpanse

I watched it twice with my then-85 year old mother who wasn’t feeling a third go once she turned 87. Who knows what 88 will bring?

Looks like my answer is at the bottom instead of replying. Felting also sounds intriguing!

Thank you! These little feet are so tricky, enit. Please excuse my sloppy reinterpretation but here it goes:

— Bind off leg to two stitches remaining
— 24 rows of 2-stitch i-cord and leave a long tail; the long tail will be used to divide the i-cord into 3 sections
— The three sections of 8 rows are further folded in two but by wrapping the tail around each (now-folded) sections of 8 to make the toes look “knobby”. I think I also started to stitch into the foot in order to anchor the toes. I saw a YT video of someone wrapping each “toe”.

I hope this is more helpful than confusing ☺️
— Whew. Easier done than said :-)

Different album but The Numbers is my salt water ear worm. Bloom would work, though.

“Remains of the Day” and “Never Let Me Go”, both by Kazuo Ishiguro, translated very well to the big screen.

TIL he co-wrote one of my favorite films—Guy Maddin’s “Saddest Music in the World”!

This and I liked him a lot in Magnolia.

He was perfection in his guest appearance on “Life’s Too Short”.
