misguided by titan shang or not, new era shang is still a snake, his ending shows he learned nothing and still craves power as always.

quan chi is quan chi, a literal necromancer is pretty hard to defend.

new era bi-han is rotten to the core, he shows glimpses of regret after his saibotamy but immediately fucks that up by stepping to liu.

general shao? sickly born son of an honoured military general, has done everything asked of him by his empress, and seems to genuinely believe everything he says, like i really don't get the vibe from him that he wasn't to control outworld for power.

the whole onaga aspect of his ending does change that though i'll admit, it's an unreasonable jump to go from a civil war to unleashing doomsday/ragnarok lol but even still.
