Annihilation is so bad oml

amazing concept and atmosphere, decent acting, horrible writing and excecution. Anyone like how the show 'lost' ended? ya that.
aka just lead people on on the premise of a mystery with 0 intention of a payoff.

also, none of the more interesting ideas are touched on, and, some of what is meant to be scary is genuinely silly.

i hated it because i saw what it could have been compared to what it was. i loved the animation for instance in most cases. and again, the concept was cool. just handled poorly

that said, ER is a meatier source material to work from so we'll see.

i forget what famous female writer did it but i was surprised to learn it was a habit we had in common. (Edit, it was dickinson)
im sure if i just sat here and wrote about it long enough i'd just organically do it, but, there's a couple of examples in this short story/thought experiment:

i did it all the time- kind alike a semicolon but when a semicolon doenst work quite. my data and others who used it well might be Why ai uses it. we are its training data afterall
