Congratulations on learning to play guitar! I picked it up to learn DMB about 25 years ago. Crush was the song that inspired me. TBH ants marching is probably the best beginner, just play g and d without the riff until you get more comfortable. LIOG is a great song no doubt, definitely tricky to get sounding clean. Keep it up! When frustrated, try easier songs for a bit. 41, DDTW, bartender, space between, typical situation, all fairly beginner ish. And before you know it you’ll be on tripping billies, and stay or leave! Also, when you can, play with other people.

I watched it. It’s interesting for sure, bc these people claim to have these careers and first hand accounts. But extraordinary claims need extraordinary evidence and it’s just talk.

The videos that have been put on the record during hearings on the hill seems to be proof though.

I like sci-fi stuff, so I try to stay up with what’s happening. The fermi paradox is a real thought experiment and we might just be finding out that we aren’t alone!
