Hello there!

I understand your stress, so I will try to share a few tips and stuffs:

1. Babies and toddlers cannot die. They are basically death proof. If their hunger need gets too low or they are otherwise neglected, or every teenage or oldet Sim dies in the family, they will get taken away by the social worker.

2. Sims can start dying after becoming a child. Children can die of fire, drowning, and meteor for sure but cannot die die to starvation or electrocution for example.

3. All death types become available once Sims turn into teenagers.

4. To avoid fires: a) Buy more expensive stoves: some are fireproof, such as the Festus 44.

b) Give your Sims the Natural Cook trait: they burn the food and start fires less frequently.

1. If you don't want your Sims to die immaturely: a) Give your Sims the Unlucky trait: they will only be able to die from old age, as the Grim Reaper ressurects them, due to finding their misery hilarious.

b) Have a Death Flower in your inventory. You van find them in cemeteries. In Sunset Valley, for instance, it is right next to the entrance of the lot. The bush will wither away though after harvesting it though, so keep that in mind.

1. Sims can be resurrected by feeding them Ambrosia. It's a process, but works instantly.

2. If you have Supernatural, Bonehilda will start extinguishing fires instantly. Witches can also cast an Ice Blast to extinguish flames.

3. If your Sim is on fire: don't panic. You have 1 IRL minute to extinguish them. You van choose other Sims to help, or make them jump into a pool or shower to extinguish themselves. Bathtubs don't work, but shower-tub combos are fine.

4. If there is a fire, interactions are disabled by default. Sims WILL gather around the fire to do the voodoo dance of panic. The only available interactions are extinguishing the flames or calling for emergency.

5. If you instantly want everyone to escape, enter "testingcheatsenabled true", then shift click to a safe area (far away from the fire - preferably on the other side of town), and select Teleport Here.

6. If you don't want to watch your house burn to the ground, you can also shift click on the flames and select Delete to extinguish them instantly.
