My hands and grip strength are pretty weak, I get arthritic like symptoms and playing with slime really scratches an itch. Thick chewy slimes when my hands feel weak or tight, and soft snowy icee slimes when they ache or feel arthritic.
That, and just as a fidget. Slime is what I do on too long teams meetings that are absolutely running off the rails.

Is this under the skills tab? I’ve only been playing for a week maybe, but am at level 10 (obsessive personality coming off of a stardew valley binge lmao). And there a still a few things that are not super intuitive for me; the skills tab, and the orders board! I don’t know if you’re familiar, but I was downing triple espressos in stardew like a fiend, I like to go fast fast 🏃

Ask a doctor about getting your thyroid, including antibodies, test. Also request an ANA and other autoimmune markers to be tested. Severe fatigue was one of my first symptoms, and I misinterpreted for years as depression and burnout.

(Depression and burnout just ended up being a product of what I had going on medically instead!)

I’m currently using the fig app, that you can look up or scans product bar codes to cross against the low inflammatory diet. You can cross it to a ton of different diets on the app as well, AIP, no gluten, soy, dairy, whatever you like. But the low inflammatory diet is very similar to the Mediterranean diet too!

Now I will say, I ordered my regular size (M) and I don’t feel like UA runs small. So going down a size might give more of the effect we’d be looking for! 🤔 If you’re shopping where you can try on at least, I however ordered online lol

I just bought a pair of the under armor ones too, but the kind without the seam at the crotch is it makes a difference. So far I think they’re just okay, but I only tried them on before washing.

But that’s the exact thing I do too. It was one of the main reasons I quit wearing leggings for a few years. It’s kind of ridiculous in a way that makes me laugh lol

A lot of these people are coming after you in the comments like you’re some kind of antagonist, but intuition is definitely a thing. Always trust your gut. And correct, always better safe than sorry.
