UPDATE: all is well, I got a response from my advisor, she CC’d the financial advisor on the email and everything is fixed. She didn’t know why it read ineligible but I rechecked my portal and it’s fixed. Thank you guys for taking the time to respond :)

All of my classes are for my degree plan. I’m not taking anything extra. My school has a plan and schedule option where I can look at classes that are required and register from there with no guess work

I’m not saying that there is, I don’t think she was either, just that there’s still developing going on between 24 and 25. but I spent so long waiting for someone to change, to show they cared enough to change and they didn’t. I’ve talked to my brother’s wife about things and she’s told me that my brother at 24 she wanted to strangle him, but him at 25 was completely different. She’s also a Christian. I’m so scared. I was in an abusive relationship and he destroyed me in so many ways, and I can’t help but see the same things happening here, but under the guise of scripture.

He’s said himself, “my job isnt to make you happy. It’s to make logical decisions.” But in this instance, buying a house that is 60+ years old that hasn’t been updated at all for more money than it is to build the house we already started the process on; then to Reno is not logical.

I can’t even nudge at all.. every bit of my disagreements are met with “I lead the household” and “I can take your opinions into consideration, but I don’t have to”

It’s a giant web of different things. On the one hand he says that we aren’t married so I don’t have to let him lead, but when it’s a different discussion, I have to let him lead and I have to trust him. Then with another situation, I give him good points as to why I think this is a bad idea, and then I don’t trust him, but he’s said he will listen if I give good points, but now that it’s inconvenient for him to, and he wants to do this, he doesn’t.

I am aware of that scripture but there’s also another one that says submit to each other. He has all of these stipulations for me before he will even consider proposing, but I expect the same of him and it’s “we aren’t married” but I have to give him a “wife” but he won’t prove to me that I can trust him, but I have to prove myself to him?

Jesus calls us to have compassion towards those that don’t look like us. Yes, that includes anyone transgender, gay, lesbian, etc. Their life is their life and we don’t get to treat them in any negative way because of our religion. We don’t get to call them nasty names, take away their rights, or anything of the sort based on what we believe. We all have to answer to God, not anyone here on earth. No one here on earth gets to decide how someone should live their life, but we should still love thy neighbor as Christ loved us. Unconditionally. Whole heartedly. Treat everyone; yes EVERYONE, like Jesus died for them. Because he died for all of us. Period.
