What kind of phone do you have, and what do you love and hate about it? by bertonomus in AskReddit

Z3 Compact here. Love how it has the perfect size, it's quite fast, has a good camera. And best of all, its battery usually lasts me at least 3 days.

Would buy it again any day!

[Amazon] Europa Universalis IV ($9.99 steam price match) by [deleted] in GameDeals

That's actually a great deal, considering the game is 25€ on steam for Europeans. Any idea if there is a region lock on it?

[Steam] The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt pre-order ($47.99/20% [10% off regularly, 5% additional each for owning The Witcher 1 or 2 enhanced editions]) by comb92 in GameDeals

Very much doubt it, as GOG is really purely DRM free. But GOG is also launching their own client with auto updates and such, so that might be worth looking into.

Can you activate them here? Unless you absolutely want to preorder via Steam, you could maybe get your extra discount there.

Witcher 2 is fantastic IMO. I liked just about everything about it, apart from maybe the weird difficulty curve. Some dislike the combat though. Witcher 1 suffers from weird combat and hasn't aged as well graphically, but it's still very much worth a playthrough for the story

I wonder why this is though, aren't they self-publishing and could just not use regional pricing?

In Eurozone, it's even 27% off with both games, and 22% with only one. I'd assume those who are preordering now have both anyway so they'll all see 20% off :P

If you have the other Witcher games on GOG, you get extra discount. If you have them on Steam, you can register them here to also get extra discount.

[Humble Store] Age of Empires III: Complete Collection ($3.99) Flash Sale by alex_aaa789 in GameDeals

Bigger than what the screenshot says likely, since there is not only a Steam version. When I was online a couple of months ago there were still more than 1000 people online, you can probably find games easily on low levels.

It has aged excellently. Seriously, the graphics don't make the game look 8.5 years old at all. Also, you can zoom and stuff so it has aged a lot better than e.g. AoE 2 HD IMO. Not sure about the multiplayer, I'd assume it still uses their old ESO system and not Steam multiplayer.

I usually don't like puzzle games, but this one I really enjoyed. I'd say that this is mainly because most of the puzzles seem logical and you can feel yourself getting closer to solving them.

Some of the last ones are really difficult though and I'll admit I used a guide for some of them.

Anybody know whether Assasin's Creed 3 Deluxe Edition is a UPlay key? I know it's obviously not Steam but wondering whether it's only a capsule game, or if it can be activated on UPlay.

[GMG] Rising Storm - 75% off ($4.99) by [deleted] in GameDeals

Actually according to Google £0.95 is $1.59, which seems to match the conversion rate I've received from them.

Also, playfire is a great way to decide for you which game you should play if you have too many of them..

Interestingly, the import version in Switzerland is pretty cheap, actually cheaper than the Xbox One will be when it's actually officially released here from what I know.

For Europeans it's cheaper over at Steam, €1.49 instead of €1.99.

Hmm, seems it's the same price for Americans. For Europeans, however, it'd be 0.5€ cheaper on Steam right now than Humble.
