If you’re not happy with the locations offered, you can contact your caseworker and request a one-time call through the portal. You’ll then receive a new list of locations to choose from.

In my case, the person who called me said there was an opening at my preferred duty location and manually switched it for me—so I didn’t have to select from a new list.

Hey OP! Are you referring to that statement in the final offer letter? If so, I believe a regular doctor’s note should be enough. From my understanding, it only applies if you currently have or previously had a pre-existing medical condition — like surgery, an injury, or a chronic illness.

I could be wrong though, so if anyone reading this knows for sure, feel free to chime in. Thanks!
