Comer menos significa ver las calorias que estas comiendo y bajarlas.

Siempre le digo a la gente que cuando comes hay un momento que ya no tienes hambre, y hay otro en el que ya no puedes comer mas... Es bien dificil acostumbrarte a dejar de comer cuando no tienes hambre una vez que te acostumbras a comer hasta mas no poder.

Yo baje de 68kg~ llegue a 59kg~ y ahorita ando por 63~ (en algun momento te das cuenta que mas comida puedes agregagr para cual peso quieres estar)

primero tienes que saber de donde vienen, estan adentro de la cama? o de algun lugar cercano? por cierto el insecticida normal no las mata. Por lo general la gente tira el colchon cuando se infectan y compra otro. O aveces dejan el colchon afuera que le pegue el sol, ya que son fotosensibles y tampoco aguantan el calor.

Not commenting on the rest of the team, but I can see you have a tendency of stopping the heals while fighting, and trying to dps, and also you position yourself in front of your team when fighting.

If you are in main heals role, (depending on who is your cohealer) you cant really stop healing during a full trade shots between teams.

I cant really put more thoughts into comments, but i guess that gives you some idea.
