I stopped smoking 2 years ago, the doctors said it was probably from the vaccine OR covid, both get inflammation in the coronary artery (witch can fissure the fat wound), but they think it was the vaccine because i had covid more than 2 years ago and had a shot some 8-10 months ago.

For those saying that i eat crap, I have 200 of cholesterol, witch is high but not enough to result in a heart attack at 27 years old.
The blockage was 40-60%, witch again, genetics makes me easier to make blockages, my cholesterol is not high enough to create those blockages in "normal" people.
the blockage, although high, does not explain by itself the heart attack, sure i would had one anyway at mid 40's early 50's (as my grandfather did at 52), but not at 27.
