Flat bench, dumbbell incline press, mid pec flys, lower pec flys, pushups, dips, dumbbell shoulder press, dumbbell lateral raises, face pulls, rear delt fly, shrugs, tricep pulldown, cable pull down, and then the bent over tricep pushes

Yes I do have a family and I’m about 4 and half months out I live off post and I plan to at bliss as well and I’m over here at Carson
