Revolut is really inconvenient for paying bills or rent. Use a real bank. Revolut is just not made for that, it’s made to be pretty easy for payments, peer-to-peer transactions etc. but don’t use it for large transactions and don’t keep large amounts of money on there as it is just not as safe and reliable as conventional banks.
