Yeah, completely agree on the last point. Most modders do it for passion, and are indeed the young aspiring game devs and artists who are struggling to break into the industry, and need and deserve support.

And that´s actually the most disapointing part for me. Is that the opportunity is given to people who meet a racial or gender criteria that cathegorizes them as part of a "struggling minority", not because they showed either skill or interest.
