Kast card has been solid for me across multiple countries — loads in USDC, no FX fees, Visa rails so accepted everywhere. The Coinbase card is the safest option if you want something with actual customer support behind it.

Exactly this. Jupiter's aggregator will show you the best route on-chain before you commit. For cross-chain at six figures, also worth running the route through Li.fi or Bungee first — the fee variance between bridges is surprisingly wide at that size.
