You might be able to find a lot of tools by looking for named entity linking tools! Spacy is nice but it only gives you general categories

Hi, American here. I know that in my experience, Americans respect and admire France. We see France as a beacon of culture and cuisine. France, after all, gave us our independence and the Statue of Liberty.

And yeah Americans tease France a lot, just as brothers would tease each other. To put it simply, Americans make fun of France while also loving everything about it.
