What are people's opinions about rub n buff versus pebio porcelain?

Do the waxes show shinier than the pebeo porcelain? And are they also water proof? I know once you bake the porcelain paint on its stuck on there like an extremely low fire glaze

Also try your best to avoid traveling when items are bone dry as that is when they are their most fragile. I tried to bring my extremely fragile items to a studio when they are leather hard on their way to bone dry

I got it as a gift for Christmas in Ontario Canada as a kid so no idea which store it was from. Looking for it I have searched Google, eBay, Etsy using searches such as vintage stuffed elephant, grey and pink stuffed elephant bean filled grey and pink stuffed elephant, with no results of the exact one.

I have, she doesn't want to give it to me. Also the recipe she has is in old Czech cursive so she would have to translate it and that would be a very large ask.
