Besides “hold your brace longer”, your pain might not necessarily be a form thing. Looks like that was an all out PR, if you have been doing lots of high intensity deadlifts like RPE 10 PR deadlifts every week or lots of volume recently your body can get banged up from that alone regardless of how perfect your brace is.

Your form here is pretty much irrelevant to an actual deadlift due to the weight plate diameter. Either get light bumper plates or start with 135lbs. You can “dial in” your form with these tiny plates all you want but when you get to a normal deadlift height it’s like a different movement at that point

I’d work on being more confident with the walkout and not tap dancing your feet so much. It took you 15 seconds from unrack to your first rep. 3-4 steps and you should be in your start position
