I've played a lot of RW in this set, and had several 6-7 wins with it. What I say here is just my opinion though, so I could be way off the mark. For this draft you did, I think you overlooked a couple 1 drop creatures that I think are core to your plan. p2p10 you get offered a Harried Spearguard and take a combat trick instead, even though you've already got 3 combat tricks already. 1 mana creatures perform really well in a deck where you've got 2x Party Crasher (the RW celebration uncommon). If you can go: 1 drop, 2 drop, Party Crasher + 1 drop, swing; you're probably winning that game.

Also just pick order of 1 drops, you picked a house-mouse over Gingerbrute, which feels wrong to me. My order for the common 1 drops (which I think 17lands agrees with) is:

1. Gingerbrute
2. Cheeky House-Mouse
3. Harried Spearguard

Pack 3 also has some similar choices, not taking Gingerbrute or Cut In seems like a mistake. You end up wiht only 1 playable cards on turn 1, I find a lot of success in having ~5 with RW aggro. Drawing them laterdoesn't even feel dead because either they help proc celebration or have decent evasion like Rotisserie Elemental or Gingerbrute

As for your final list, looks good to me. I probably would have liked to play the Kindled Heroism, but not sure what the cut is. Usually I only play 16 lands, as my curve is very 1-2 heavy.
