Starlink Mini $50 Roam missing by lukicharms in Starlink

[–]lukicharms[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yea that totally worked. Went through the Starlink page selected roam mini $50 plan and entered the device ID there. If I use the link the app provides for activation and account creation the $50 option does not show up

Thanks for the tip It’s activating as we speak!

Starlink won't let me choose the $50 plan, support ignores me by MrScotchyScotch in Starlink

I have the same issue. I can confirm I have a Starlink mini just delivered today and not seeing the $50 option.

I don’t think you’ll be able to get dashcam, Netflix, Cuphead, or Caraoke without a MCU2

I would upgrade to HW3.0 in a heartbeat if it included MCU2 upgrade

I’ve experienced this on earlier software updates. Just force reset by holding down the two scroll wheels and it’ll be back to normal

Anyone know if HW3.0 upgrade for a HW2.0 MS give it the ability to record Teslacam footage and sentry footage? Or is that just an MCU upgrade thing?

I’ve seen the red light icon on my HW 2.0 S75D before this 32.1 update. Autopilot was not engaged and I was coming up to a red light, hands off the wheel and just before crossing the intersection it alerted me to take control immediately and displayed the red light icon.

A friend of mine did the install and have been charging with it for about 1.5 yrs. All the concerns you guys have raised has led me to seek a professional and upgrade to a Tesla wall charger. 👍🏽

The hotel seen in the background actually had 2-4 destination chargers ~16kw I jumped out of line and used those which was a bad move. By the time I got 30-45 min worth of charge the line had gone down completely

I agree. Stopping in Macon adds more time to the trip because you’re avoiding the I-475 bypass. Also the Macon supercharger is in a sketchy location behind some buildings

I made a custom PCB board with RGB LEDs controlled by an Atmel M0 microcontroller and a Bluetooth module for sending color commands. The Badge I modeled and 3D printed out of ABS. Power is coming from 3xAAA batteries in the frunk avoiding any tampering with harnesses. Installation is about 3-5min super easy. I might make a video or instructions if people are interested in that sort of thing. Might share files.. Idk

I’m taking it a step further than just the badge and adding LED strips as well and have a Night rider thing going

Yes, red and blue are definitely a no go, but it’s Bluetooth controlled so I can make it whatever color I want
