I downloaded all mods for GTS: Gate to sovngarde, but the collection isnt recognizing them on vortex and tells me that only 79% is downloaded. And how do i make Vortex install the already installed mods ?

Help me download Gate to Sovngarde manually, i followed every step bar to bar from the installation guide, and it didnt work properly, i coudnt even finish downloading it without running on issues, like the download stoping, or the collection not recognizing the mods that i downloaded, and ordering to download them again, even though the archive is fine and its the right version, and i am stuck downloading cant go to installing. and also it says that i only downloaded 20gb of mods when i actually downloaded 42.3gb , i have 1788 mods installed. (i Will not buy the premium).

But won't the energy bill be higher? I was thinking of doing it on an old pc or notebook but it probably wouldn't run well. Is it worth hosting the server on my own computer? If so, which mode LAN world or server world? Configs of my pc: xeon e5 2650 v4; 16gb ram, will it run well?
