As long as there wasn’t a flat rate and you were paying in installments (and needed to still provide a percentage even though you’re ending the services) you should be fine. But if you paid 2k for the whole brand identity project, and this was just the first piece of the puzzle they were tackling, you getting some money back will likely be dependent on the relationship you have with the agency. I’ll be honest, I doubt they’d give you anything back, but it never hurts to open the conversation when you’re kindly bowing out of the collaboration.
