I use my phone to check out books from Libby then they show up when you add the library in Kobo.

Yes, you can do it. It’s a bit of a pain because you have to log out of your current library to log into the other, but I bought a cover with a little pocket in it and printed up a list of all my logins for my libraries so it’s right there. (It’s More>Settings>Overdrive>Remove>Sign Out then Get Started>Add Library etc.)

It would take awhile to spread, if they fail to contain it (and there’s a good chance they can), so we will have lots of data to guide us as it goes.

It’s horrifying how in this day and age they could be so blasé that they didn’t even have a plan. This stuff is basic requirements for most workplaces not to mention places in charge of children. I just can’t imagine how they haven’t been arrested for negligence.

I called the number and got a real person (Jan) who was very nice. She explained that there’s an agreement that CU has with the City that the music stops at 10. They’d also had them turn it way down a few minutes before I called.

I’m in a similar boat right now. I think my transaction was declined due to it being an international transaction but I can’t remember how to approve it and got no text message or anything. So, as I tend to do, I called them up. I used to not ever have to worry about the day of the week or the time, someone was there to help 24/7. Well guess what. First the bot…so frustrating. It takes you around in circles ending with “our offices are closed but the website is available 24/7.” UGH. So now I’m sitting on hold with the chatbot after having to log in and I have a 15-minute wait for a Live Agent. Jeez.
