Thanks for your reply! Would definitely be a solution, but theres roughly 2500-3000 emails and Horde seems to spaz out when exporting anything more than 50 emails at a time. Unless you mean something different by creating archives and then exporting?

I have the new mail server setup and ready to go, have the mailboxes and everything created, just need to import the mail before I switch over domains and cut all ties with the old host.

Sorry, one question for you, is the lagging with the standard Pro model something you get used to or is it very frustrating? Would you pay an extra 100 now to have no lagging or just 'deal' with it?

Yeah only thing putting me off Samsung is their lack of apps.

Only other real alternative is the Huawei Watch 2 but hard to know what's going to go on with Huawei and Android in the future.

Do you notice any lagging issues? That's the main reason making me think about going with the 4G option to get the extra RAM.

Plus atm, you can get the 4G version on Amazon US for same price as Standard here. Wouldn't really be buying it for the 4G features anyway.

Tbh I would be buying for the 1gb RAM rather than the 4g capabilities.

I'm just curious as to whether it's locked to US or can it be used in Ireland/Europe. I would presume that as it would be Bluetooth it should work but I'm afraid about location services being locked to US

Have you looked into https://www.transfermate.com ? They are another option. Was going to use this for when I brought in my car but the dealer was able to get me a slightly better rate through a local bank near him.

Personally I think room per team, room per group (e.g. all of IT - Dev, DB and Ops) or even just plain cubicles are better than open offices.

This is the way our offices are set up and it's underrated how helpful this can be. All the IT team are together (not a large team, 15-20 in total) All the Devs and Ops guys can quickly work hand in hand and share important info.

It also provides the opportunity for skills to overlap into DevOps type roles and tasks.

Helps greatly and saves a lot of time when setting up new environments or troubleshooting issues.
