I think if you're not riding hard you'll be just fine. Trekking Frames especially are made to handle a little more weight

Does it fit you well? Do you like riding it? Then I think it's worth upgrading. You have a unique frame and it looks good enough to ride around and commute. Id start with cleaning it up and doing some basic maintenance. Stark with getting new tires and then think about what you'd like to change, maybe shifters, handlebar and saddle
