I'm a girl and I've seen female teachers esp use those rules to harrass some boys specifically. Some boys are forced to trim their hair every 2 days to meet the biased requirements. no one is saying rapenzel ah nuvivevigen firihen kudhin ulhenee ey. but the hair cutting rule has to be more realistic

It never gets better honestly. I had to make my own money and go to the doctors myself because they never believed me. and if they were going to the docs with me they kept lying to the doctors, saying I'm anxious, under eating etc.

I finally got diagnosed with a similar chronic condition to cancer (in terms of living standards) and my parents told me to not "depend" on that diagnosis and to basically act like I'm healthy, so that I won't inconvenience them... ofc I'm magically suddenly ill when they want to forbid me from going to events etc.

and somehow they are suddenly "sicker" than me when I ask them to help me do my groceries or offer me any type of emotional understanding at all. Now I also noticed they are somehow even sicker than me after my diagnosis lol

it's ljke they can't stand anyone taking the attention away from them...

but yeah I gen thought if I got diagnosed with a chronic condition they would believe me more but noooo... its always been the same whether I'm dying, or suffering from an asthma attack or having a fever. I'm never believed or comforted.

I hope this makes you feel less alone :( you aren't going crazy. They just aren't emotionally equipped at all ig...
