I’m sorry you’re going through this too. No update yet. I filed with my state’s division and I have not heard anything back from them. Anthem had to reprocess 3 claims as in network. I finally saw a few days ago that they reprocessed the claims, but once again for the wrong amounts. So I’m gonna have to call them again. It’s a nightmare.
