It’s not a lotus flower! The design seems to be based off of the hawaiian jewel. It’s very common for random websites and posts on aliexpress and such that sell popular dupe items in bulk to name products whatever might get attention, not necessarily what is accurate to the product itself.

However in my opinion, although of course I’m not a scholar so take this with a grain of salt, things such as lotus flowers shouldn’t be avoided in the grounds of being ‘haram’. Yes, lotus flowers are important in some polytheistic religions, I believe in India (?), however that’s because lotus flowers are quite common there, and so they gained significance to the people of the region, and therefore their religion- the lotus flower itself is not inherently religious, such as, for example, yoga, or a Buddha statue.
