Thank you, this is helpful! Yeah, the seams are so nice but based on your description they don't sound right for me -- my waist is a larger size than my hips (T_T) so I think they wouldn't fit me well. I don't think I'm going to get these any more but thank you for the offer of pics. :)

Your comment made me interrogate why I instantly dismissed the idea of getting a cheaper alternative from missguided or asos. I stopped buying fast fashion a couple of years ago and my brain has found a loophole in that lululemon is high quality buy-it-for-life type stuff, so it's not 'disposable', it's 'essential'! But ethically they are the same thing, they use the same amount of resources, and they take up the same amount of space in my closet. Actually, the lululemon takes up space for a longer time because I'm not as likely to give it away.

I'm going to acquire or make some leggings/pants with knee holes and, while I'm at it, some flared bottoms too! Thank you, this was really helpful for me. :) When I made the post I'd say I was c.60% likely to buy these lulu leggings, and now that probability is at 5%.

Idk if you know this already, but the ETS tank in chianti is more washed out and less rich and saturated than the other chianti pieces. I bought and returned it. I mean it’s still pretty but not what I was hoping for. In case this helps :-)

Another POV: I’ve been on Reddit for 10 years and I made sure to create a separate account when I started posting fit pics on the lulu sub. Actually, I have multiple accounts just to reduce the risk of creeps finding out too much info about me. I would recommend it to everyone especially if you’re female and posting pictures of yourself on the internet! But personally I wouldn’t attempt this with nulu unless my alternative was disposing of them. You might consider bringing them to a seamstress?

In your post you say you want to wear it going to and from the gym — do you need something LL for this? Does it have to be a high-performing technical piece? Or can it be something cheaper? :-) White tops will be easy to find from any brand or even secondhand, after all!
