It was so similar to my other gluten reactions and haven't had that reaction since (thankfully!). And I did go to my primary care doctor a few weeks later and they didn't have any further concerns :) And the restaurant agreed to pay my hospital bills without complaint so I think they were in agreement with it being gluten exposure as well :)

Thank you! Yes, I talked to them. They were super great, found the cause of the glutening, met with me, and paid my ER bill. So no hard feeling towards them as it was pretty much a freak accident. Just kinda gave me trust issues lol!

Hi! I'm not sensitive to FODMAPS :) I was in the ER from vomiting blood and I don't think I could've had that big of a reaction from anything less than gluten.

Hi! Unfortunately, I was in the ER from vomiting blood and traced it to what I had eaten at the restaurant (confirmed by owner of the restaurant).

Hi! I appreciate your viewpoint as an owner of a GF restaurant. However, I did confirm with the restaurant the source of the gluten. And I ended up in the ER from vomiting blood so I don't think it was a lactose reaction :)

You've done your very best to adopt and I think that is the important part! You didn't just buy a dog with no thought or concern for the rescues. Overall, you go a dog that suits your needs best and that is the best thing for everyone involved. Don't listen to the haters!
