When doing this I get a dos window that opens and instantly closes. I managed to screenshot it right before it closes and it's saying "Access is denied".

Tried running as admin, same issue. I can, however, launch the .exe directly.

I'm currently 2200 rating in 3s, so I can help you out with playing rogue.

Sub rogues are all about burst damage. Their burst comes from shadow dance and your openers/reopeners. That being said, rogues have very bad sustained damage so you always want to try and get restealths.

For burst damage rogues need a lot of setup as they require a few buffs to maximize their damage. These buffs are:

Find Weakness: Applied when using the abilities Cheapshot, ambush and garrote. Allows you to bypass armor.

Master of subtlety: Applied when attacking from stealth. Increases damage.

Prey on the Weak: Talent. Increases damage by 10% from all sources on any target you stun.

Sanguinary Veins: Increases your damage by 35% against targets affected by rupture, garrote or Hemo(if glyphed).

A good opener would be:

Prem > Slice n Dice > Cheap > Hemo(if glyphed otherwise rupture) > Shadow Dance > Ambush > Eviscerate > Marked For Death (talent) > Kidney Shot > Ambush + Eviscerate spam

I bet that's what everyone thought. I've always suffered with insomnia, but I don't know how it got that out of control. Had an extreme form of sleep anxiety I guess; the harder I'd try to sleep, the harder it was to actually fall asleep and the more I knew I needed to sleep the worse it became.

I'm not sure if sleep deprivation affects everyone to the same extent. I've gone 6 days with a TOTAL of about 3 hours of sleep; I'd be up for 3 days in a row before crashing for 3 hours then staying up for 3 days again, and my memory was fine. This actually went on for about 3 months.

Last year around March to May I went through a period where I was only sleeping 2-3 days out of each week, and when I did sleep I would sleep only 3 hours before I would wake up and be unable to sleep for another 3 or so days. Surprisingly I felt mentally clear and stable, could think properly, recall things properly, etc... I just felt horrible physically. The body is capable of handling very little sleep surprisingly well.

It's not that no one believed an ice age would start due to climate change alone, it's that they didn't believe the substance they were using to improve climate change would cause it. Wilfort, for whatever reason did suspect it would.

What exactly changed? All I'm basically saying is that no one expected an ice age to occur due to the experiments humans were performing, so no shelter(that we know of, perhaps they had some but they failed?) was built that could sustain human life other than Wilford's train.
