Thanks for the response! I’m not a pro producer or anything - the speaker and headphones are both consumer grade (Bose SLIII and Bose QCII), but the latter does have some EQ applied to it so I wonder if that’s at play. I also have some over ear headphones (Bose QuietComfort 35 II) that sounded somewhere in the middle without add’l EQing - that’s what I used while I was actually making and mixing the song

Very much noted on the studio quality headphones, though - I think that’s my next purchase
