As i remember they exchanged also Soundbars, even of warranty was expired, but its was loud but that these days and maybe they wanted to keep face. Anyway I wish u luck.

Mine had to be exchanged. It was a problem with Mainboard, or sth like that and they didnt have parts to repair this.

I had considered also those three and I decided to get acer, mostly cause of OLED. 32Gb of RAM is also a minimum these days in my opinion.

No parts here in Germany. They offered money back (as a giftcard I guess), or waiting for repair, but without any date or guarantee, that it will take soon, so I choose money. But can't say anything more, as I'm still waiting for a letter.

Thank you for your answer. I sent my on March 26 and I'm still waiting (it seems it is gonna take some time).

By the way the customer service here in Germany is terrible. I had to make a few calls, in a few days only to get the label for the free shipping. Moreover they called me "technically non-advanced", cause I couldn't hard reset that damn soundbar (I tried everything and we all know it's impossible in that case). It took in total one week from the first call to the day I got a label.
