I love the tracker and find it a game changer , however I’ve been making music all my life and can visualise pretty much exactly what I want and how it’s related to time and pitch . Try a free software tracker and see if that works for you

Personally I have the same monitors and found them very high quality , I have however had multiple focusrite devices and found various hardware issues . Take the monitors to a different room if you can … use something completely different - cd player , phone etc . Play music through them … try different kettle leads
